Applications for ECECD Scholarship and Pay Incentive Programs and Early Childhood Networks are moving to OpenWater, a new online application system.

Applicants should access the system through the main application page instead of using previously saved bookmarks. This ensures you receive the most current application information and links.

You only need one OpenWater profile. Use the same profile for all Scholarship and Pay Incentive Programs and Early Childhood Network applications. You do not need to create a new profile each time you apply.
