Early childhood educators across New Mexico are building their careers with support from the ECECD Scholarship and Pay Incentive Programs. Behind every applicant is a dedicated team to help educators through the process, including Hannah, who guides educators from their first questions through graduation.
Her mission is simple: “By empowering educators, we’re not just supporting individuals, we’re building stronger communities.”
Summer Scholarships open April 1, creating an opportunity for early childhood educators to continue their education and strengthen their work in the classroom. If you plan to take summer classes, now is the time to start preparing.
These scholarships support educators at every stage, whether you are pursuing a certificate, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree. The program covers 100% of tuition, fees, and approved books at participating New Mexico colleges and universities.
Applicants must be enrolled in a New Mexico college or university and work at least 20 hours per week in a qualifying early childhood program.
Scholarship coaches are available to help you every step of the way. Applications open April 1, and the deadline to apply for Summer Scholarships is June 15.
